The WESTECH 3 Layer Concept

1. Layer: durable, robust outer layer made of nylon with a water-repellent finish (Durable Water Repellent - DWR finish)
   
2. Layer: breathable, elastic membrane layer, semi-permeable material for quick removal of moisture, waterproof and windproof
   
3. Layer: elastic sub-layer (jersey) for extra insulation and warmth
